Day Offset provides free online date calculator tools that allow users to perform various date-related calculations, including:

• Calculating the number of days between two dates
• Calculating business days (excluding weekends)
• Providing pre-calculated results for common date queries

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Day Offset and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified and executed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and valid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Day Offset regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
